Trillium Rose is a certified teaching professional and the Director of Instruction at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland. A dedicated coach who teaches daily, she has worked with thousands of golfers—from beginners to elite players—helping each one develop skills that last. Known for her deep understanding of swing mechanics, motor learning, and effective practice, she takes a clear, practical approach that consistently helps players reach their goals.

Nationally recognized by leading golf publications and organizations, she has been featured on Golf Digest’s Top 50 Teachers list, the LPGA’s Top 50 Teachers list, and Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Teachers in America list. In 2017, the PGA honored her as its Middle Atlantic “Teacher of the Year.” As a US Kids Golf Master Instructor, she is widely respected for setting the standard in effective practice and player development.

Trillium lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and ice hockey.

Trillium is deeply committed to giving back through golf, using her expertise to create opportunities for others both on and off the course. She volunteers her time as an instructor for the Howard University men’s and women’s golf teams, helping student-athletes grow through mentorship and performance development. Her dedication extends to veterans and individuals with disabilities through her involvement with the Wounded Warriors and adaptive golf communities. In addition, she has served with the First Tee, sharing the game’s values with young players, and continues to participate in annual events that support organizations promoting golf in underserved populations—reflecting her belief that golf should be accessible and empowering for all.
