I am learning tennis. And while practicing on a court adjacent to the best players in the club who were competing in the club championship, I was wondering to myself what makes me look like a dead beginner. Literally, “if there was one move in my tennis that gives it away, would would it be?” Since I’m so new at tennis, I don’t really know the answer. But I know what the move is for golf (this is my personal opinion, btw, so I expect some comments of dissent below). For golf it’s the follow through.... anyone know what it is for 🎾 tennis while we are on the topic? I’d actually like to know. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀❤️ Apparel: @jlindebergsport ⠀⠀⠀ 🧡 Hardware: @titleist @scottycameron @vokeywedges 💚 Kicks: @gfore 💙 Sunscreen: @coola 💕Sunglasses: normally would be @officialmauijim but mine are too dark for today. 🤣 need to get lighter lenses
Raise your hand if you’ve ever had a bad round and it bummed you out? (And all of us raise our hands.) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re having a hard time with it, remember that sometimes you just have to enjoy what’s good and be grateful for what we have! Everyone has bad rounds. No one shoots their best round every time. So take it and move on. There is no upside to dwelling on score or how you played. If it makes you upset, do something about it. If you feel embarrassed, get over it. They happen and it’s just a number. It doesn’t define you. YOU define you. ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @jlindebergofficial @jlindebergsport
🔥 Who watched the US Open??? Gary Woodland lit it up this year and stunned us all when he chose to pitch it from the fringe of the green with a low checker. It took a lot of nerve and he nailed it. Here’s a quick look at how to hit it. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1) ball middle 2) weight forward 3) passive wrists (no flipping) 4) rotate torso! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wedges: @vokeywedges Ball: @titleist proV1x Threads: @jlindebergsport Kicks: @gfore Sunscreen: @coola . @gary.woodland @usopengolf
